I called Rick on the 17th of July and I started looking at homes the next day. In less than two weeks I put an offer in on a house that was the perfect fit. On the 29th of July the offer was accepted!  Rick knew what I was looking for and he found it. He was so easy to work with.

Elizabeth Bean was absolutely wonderful! She kept us informed and educated through our entire experience. She had wonderful recommendations and even went the extra mile for us when we thought we were out of options.  We will be using her in the future!

Rick was PHENOMENAL!! Rick helped us find our dream home and was a dream to work with. He was able to walk and talk us through the WHOLE home buying process. Rick is patient, caring, and EXTREMELY knowledgable! He put all of his 30 years of real estate experience to work for us and I know he would for you. Rick pointed out things I would have never have thought about, and kept everything moving smoothly. Rick offered his advice but was never pushy. He is a true professional. I don't expect to ever need to buy another home, but if I ever do, Rick Davis would be my agent again and I will recommend him to everyone I know. If you are looking for a real estate agent, look no further, Rick is the man for you.
