Ashley Casterlin of Davis Commercial worked tirelessly for over a year to find the space and finalize our lease. Her understanding of the local market is outstanding. She took her time to learn about our business so she could assist us in finding just the right property. She represented us during the negotiations with great business finesse and got us the terms we wanted. She has great communication skills, and never failed us in any way. We developed a  relationship with Ashley that is a lot richer than a simple client-broker relationship; she is more of a trusted advisor and a friend and I miss talking with her every day. We will definitely use her and Mark Davis' services for our next lease.

I chose Mark Davis at Davis Commercial because of his efficient, effective, and excellent service. Mark is the consummate professional; he knows the Houston commercial real estate market inside and out, and he is well respected among his peers. I worked with Mark a few years ago on a much larger commercial property acquisition and found him to be knowledgeable, reliable and very understanding about and responsive to his clients’ needs. Mark assisted me this time with securing a location for my franchise tutoring business. His knowledge of the Houston commercial real estate market, expertise with lease negotiations and overall business acumen are outstanding. Far Exceeded Expectations. I recently used Davis Commercial (Barrett Von Blon) to sell a Commercial Lot (tear-down) in town. I had spoken with Mark and his team over the years as we contemplated listing, I see their signs prominently around town for this size/type commercial property. We finally met, discussed values, timeline, expectations, etc. Valuations were higher than I expected. We listed and within 2-3 weeks we had multiple cash offers very close to the listing price. We had to make a couple of tough decisions during negotiations and I feel like Davis added value and always represented my interests. Barrett managed all of the paperwork. I know it doesn't always work out this easy, but I received the best care and attention that I could have asked for. No question, I will use Davis Commercial for my next local commercial transaction - buy or sell.

Mark Davis Commercial did excellent job in helping me finding a new location to relocate my business. Mark and his colleagues are very patient with me, they are also responsive and knowledgeable about the market and location. They found a place that met my requirements and budget. Mark went above and beyond in acting as consultant to communicate with my current landlord. I respect Mark just like a close for his professional advice and knowledge of his field. I would not hesitate to do business with Mark again. I highly recommend!!!
