Cheap, no frills hotel. The parking area is limited, the housekeepers are friendly, efficient, and professional. Located near a very trendy area with a lot of places to eat. Located in a heavy traffic area. Cable and WIFI are solid. They only have one washer and dryer. Continental breakfast is good.
