This place wasn't very clean or nice in any way. But I picked it because it was cheap. So, it suited my needs just fine. The parking lot was a little crowded but not horrible. It is located in a pretty central park of the city so as far as location is concerned it was nice. Its in the middle of Korea town.

cheaper and cleaner... you get what you pay for but stay close to everything and close to fwys

It's a good private place. Rooms defiantly need a facelift. The smell isn't that clean, the whole air conditioning system needs replacing for sure, because when I opened it up to clean the filter's,  there was Greece and mold. Ew. But it has a nice size mirror, a fridge. In room 125 the whole bathroom is new. In room 117 has good closet space. The price for the room is over priced tho. 80 or 85 I'm not sure, but I know it's 80 something. These rooms are defiantly worth the price of 65 max....at least they don't ask for 100$ deposit like bokai and every other motel lol
