VERY dirty bathroom and room, no remote control, and phone didn't work. We walked to office to ask for a cleaner room and were helped with a VERY rude demeanor/attitud. She questioned us about the remote, insinuating that we took it, but were eventually given a "bigger and cleaner" room - after also being charged more. The room was a little cleaner but not much bigger. Breakfast is over at 9 but when I ran down at 8:35 (besides white slices of bread) they had already put everything away. She was rude, looked at her phone when I grabbed some bread, and said "ok fine, go ahead"! I didn't even toast the slice and ate it alone that way. Go somewhere better, cleaner and nicer to be treated better for about the same price.

Bad place accused me of smoking just because there was an empty pack of cigarettes in the trash can but the room didn't smell like smoke. Less snooping around peoples trash and more keep the rooms clean and stop leaving the doors open when you go snoop!!!! Never coming again nor do I recommend it
