Location was just off 275 exit so it was an easy access hotel for sure. Driveway was easy to see and parking lot seemed new. The building was well maintained as well the gounds areas. I did notice many restaurants in the area. The room was excellent! Staff more friendly than Casper the Ghost and huge new TV on the wall. Deep bathtubs and genuinely soft beds. I almost want to live there after my visit.

I checked in on December 2,2017 close to 3pm, and the younger African African female working the front desk, I had no choice but to deal with. Was extremely hateful rude. I guess cause the lady I was with was handing her the money she felt no need to even answer anything I ask. I asked here more then 4 times which way to my room, and she saw I was in a big rush so she gave at least a 40 minute speech on the $200 and some odd dollar charge if we smoked in our room, refusing to give me my keys because for some reason she couldn't hear me ask then demand my key. So, I, the person who is in all reality paying for everything ask what its cost to change to smoking. She doesn't hear me. The other lady asked and while giving me a mean hateful look like she was about to poop herself she say something along the lines of $70. Me and the other person I was with were on a very tight limited extremely important time frame. By the time she finally gave up the key the whole reason we came here was gone. Yes even tho our time was cut way short because of someone unhappy with herself and\or her life, I did still have the time of my life and would do it all over again... Bit definitely not here and probably never will be seen her again

Checked in at 9:00 in evening, then had to check out at 1 due to bed bugs. The lamps in the room didn't work, even though they were plugged in. Room never got to temperature, so it was mildly cold in room. I tried talking to "Ash" the man behind the desk and he gave me a nasty attitude. He told me to call in the morning if I wanted to get a refund. Never felt so used, devalued, and tricked in my whole life.

We come to Cincy twice a year and check out different places. This, by far, was the worst. The staff was nice... hence the single star rating. That's where the good ends. Outdated is ok... it happens, but... We had a non smoking room that smelled like cigarettes. The curtain was coming off of the rod, the bed was sunken , there was a stain on the couch, the sheets had a black stain (didn't seem to be anything disgusting), and our feet stuck to the bathroom floor. We did NOT see any bugs. When we left and asked for a refund, the lady at the desk apologized (again she was very nice) and offered us another room but no refund. It was bad enough that we opted to pay for another room at a different hotel.

The police were the when we checked in and for two and a half hours moving out the room next door. At first glance the room was dirty with a full trash can and soda can rings everywhere, the bathroom had been used and not cleaned, dried urine on the seat and floor. A damaged tub, surround and mold stained mat was the bayb area with a door that had been either kicked or ripped of its hinges before. The electrical outlets were damaged and the two remotes for the TV didn't work. Which didn't matter because nothing came in any way. A dirty pair of the last occupants underwear was in a drawer, it was lucky the bed was clean and my daughter and I needed only a bed and some sleep to get back on the road and she was already asleep.
