Very friendly. Helped us when we needed someone to jump our car when we left the lights on. Doors use cards to open. Rooms were very nice, clean, and had plenty of natural light. Area is very safe. Walking to the stores were fine when I went alone. (Young female) Tons of fast-food and restaurant options. Near to a highway that leads to everything! Super close to kings island. I recommend eating at Curries across the road. Fantastic restaurant. Best place I've ever eaten at.

Small parking lot. Small uncomfortable beds and loud walls must be thin I can't sleep for the people and dogs upstairs running around all night. My room smells like a cigarette every day when I get off work I start sneezing because of the smell I thought it would be a lot better here then it is ill probably go back to the red roof inn

Very nice place you can cook your food in the room you have cable all the amenities that you need for a great stay.

Thumbs up for nick and Jessica and Laura seems nice and the rest of the staff. Except Jeremy he's very rude, disrespectful and not professional what so ever when it comes to customer service. I'm staying here for work and between buying a home, and this guy just has a bad attitude and makes you feel very low. Look out for him in general.

Room was clean but did small of stale cigarette smoke. Staff were helpful, and Pleasant. The only issues I had was the beds are horrible. I didn't noticed a housekeeper to come in to clean the room. I also didn't like the fact they put a limitation so how many washcloths and towels you can have.
