2 Adults 1 child(2) Sunday- Wednesday/king suite w/sofa bed and kitchen was the perfect fit for our mini vacation. Room was dated and not as pictured on website but we were not going for looks so it was no big deal. Clean room, friendly staff. Pool is nice-puddle jumper, pool noodles and towels provided. Breakfast was wonderful for the price of hotel. Plenty of options and warm. Nice patio w/ grill. Quiet area right off the highway. Plenty of food options in the area. If your looking for a nice hotel outside the downtown area this is it. Our destinations were the zoo and Reds game they were both acceptable driving distance for us. I absolutely recommend this hotel for vacationing families and business.

This is the best motel for the price I've ever stayed in. Breakfast was great. The room was huge and came with a fully stocked kitchen. The staff was amazing and so friendly. The only things I would change is the pool was a bit chilly and I hate single ply toilet paper but that's just getting picky.

Decent place for the money. WiFi is slow, bed is not the greatest. Breakfast is the same microwaved eggs every day. I would stay again for the money.

Poor Service Experience I always endeavor to give a fair and equitable review of places that I have been. It honestly pains me to have to rate this hotel so low, but this experience ended up as an AWFUL experience. I went down the street and paid and additional $40 a night at the Hilton because of this poor experience. My wife spoke with Kristi and asked for an extension to check out and she stated that she was not the manager and could not make that decision, but she would ask the manager. Come to find out later when we came back in from dinner, Kristi IS the manager. Or as she says, she just the front end manager. Well, this a front end issue. We informed Kristi that we would be staying on Monday June 26 overnight... we advised her of this on Sunday and she stated on Monday that she would not be able to accommodate us. She stated that she had 20 rooms available that morning and only 6 had been taken thus far... but that they have regulars and would be booked soon. She also paid no attention to the fact that the room had not been cleaned nor that a drawer was on the floor that had fell off in the kitchen when we gently nudged it to open it. She offered no compensation for the non cleaned room. They came in and made the bed and left some extra towels AFTER we called them to tell them that they missed our room. Because of who I am I went and purchased cleaners and cleaned the bathroom myself. Kristi was VERY rude when the additional time was requested on Monday and acted as if I had no grounds with which to request …at least an apology. This hotel is decent accommodation but a little pricey for the look and the feel. This place puts you more in the mind of a motel 6 experience rather than a Wyndham property. Because of who I am, I have to end on a positive note. I wish I could remember her name, but the young lady that checked me in at 5:00AM on Sunday morning was the most pleasant part of this experience! Kudos to her. Thank you and I pray she is rewarded for her warm smile, friendly conversation, and helpfulness!

The room was nice. Breakfast was amazing. However, service upon arrival was not good. Our group ended up being 2 people more than originally planned. When we asked for extra cots, there were none available. (Despite somehow being there when we called the previous days) We asked for extra bedding and the night manager gave a rude response, telling us to be quiet since our total group was 8 people. Meanwhile when we walked to go to our room we could hear other guests being loud at night. But, you know, we were going to be the loud ones. Overall it was ok. Just please make sure you have things that are advertised; no one wants to sleep on the floor. Also please don't have an attitude to guests who just arrived at your hotel.
