Everything about this hotel is great..except housekeeping..you do NOT get the same level of housekeeping as other people.. if you have a dog with you. I've had to request towels and fresh sheets in more than a couple of occasions. When we first arrived the housekeeping was awesome..you could see that the sink area and bathroom we're cleaned..the longer you stay the less kept it gets..sad..

This hotel is a good value and the new owners are fixing it up nicely. I had a billing issue but with the help of the owner and choice hotels customer service it was resolved in a timely manner. I would recommend this hotel, especially for a family on a budget going to Kings Island!

Very happy with the room, the staff and the grounds. Very clean and cozy. Location is awesome. Definitely worth the price.

Decent hotel for the price, the beds were comfortable and clean. The only issue with the room was that the baseboard in the bathroom had come off and the wall exposed underneath and sunken in and needs fixed. We only stayed one night so that wasn't really an issue with it. Pretty good hotel if you need somewhere to crash for the night.

Total make over. Nice colors. Inside and out. Puts Franklin Knights Inn to shame.
