I've never seen such a picky exchange policy. I bought soccer cleats there, jogged on a turf field once, and realized that the shoes were slightly too large: they refused to do any exchange. The shoes were brand new, incomprehensible. I even offered to buy an additional $100 of equipment if they would let me do the exchange as I could not use the cleats but the manager refused. Such a weird way of doing business.

They don't have any cleats larger that a 10. The store is mainly for kids. Would be nice if this would be listed somewhere. Rode my bike 5 miles to get to this place only to realize they didn't have my cleat size.

This is the place for soccer players and fans. Plenty of jerseys, cleats, and equipment, at very good prices. The staff is friendly and helpful! Definitely a better choice for your soccer needs than any of the sporting goods stores around the city!!
