Went in today to find the store was very busy, but received help buying a drawer unit from Kathy who was very patient with me and even managed to dig up some very old elfa parts.

Wisconsin Ave. DC location. Great customer service. Garage parking behind/underneath on River Rd. (you know how DC is). Validated parking if 1 hr or less. 1st time at DC location. Good experience.

Clean store but is hard to get to. I wish they had more sales!

Staff is unfriendly and care less about their jobs and the customers.  Walking around as if they are the customers.  No offer of any help and arguing quitting time in front of the customers

Some very friendly employees, but the majority always seem super stressed out and angry if you ask for help.
