I enjoyed my shopping experience. The Ladies who waited on me in the lingerie and dress depts were extremely helpful and patient. The lady in the dress Dept went the extra step and beyond to process my check. I plan to come back. BTW, the gentleman in the shoe Dept was delightful. 😁😁 (I didn't buy shoes). But he was very helpful to other customers. I went back just to check if their were shoes I could buy. (Maybe next time)

The closest reminder of the department stores of days gone by...but it is fading more and more each year. The Christmas Department used to be fabulous and is now a mere shadow of what it once was. This store is best for shoes and make-up and perhaps a nicer outfit.

Loved this store for years, since teenager. The one at Annapolis Mall usually has better selection tho. This one is pretty good. And customer service is better than Annap. Mall!

Very pleasant. I was surprised. I hadn't visited this store in many years. My last experience wasn't good because of the treatment of another customer. But today I was desperate to find a dress. I went there and everyone was very helpful with smiles. I will return more often and I found a dress!!!!
