I love the friendly faces I see when I walk into the Dc taxi Service office, and The new management is looking to turn the company around for the better, I think this company could do really well if they implement a few changes. I personally would recommend this taxi service to anyone who needs a ride. Even better when you're in no shape to drive after a few hops of bar's if you know what i mean. All around a great service. Plus it's local, and supporting our Wonderful city Dc Taxi Service Go cats!!

I visited Washington DC for a conference and called ahead for a taxi cab service. They are very polite and professional people. My car was waiting as I exited the airport. It was very clean inside and out. I have used other taxi services in previous trips to DC and they could not compare to DC Taxi Cab Service! They are reliable and the best airport taxi I have ever used and will continue to use for future visits. Good job DC Taxi Service.

I have used this DC Taxi Service a number of times and they are always on time and very friendly.  This service is particularly good because you can schedule in advance, an option not always available at other cab companies. They have your  phone number in their system so they know who you are when you call.

The people that work here are caring and go the extra mile to provide satisfying customer service on an individual basis. The dispatch center is very efficient and works in an orderly fashion along with the drivers to ensure passengers get to their destinations in a timely manner. If you need to be somewhere and like to reserve your cab in advance ... This is where you can do it. Thank Dc Taxi Service!!

Made a reservation on their website, received a confirmation email, and at the appointed time - no taxi showed up.  To make matters worse, no one answered the phone number (voicemail was full), and the “instant chat” option on their website went unanswered.  Thankfully another local company was responsive to a quick phone call in the 4 AM hour and I made it to my train on time.  I will not use this company again and recommend you avoid them as well.
