Outstanding experience. Superior customer service. Every employee is personable and professional. They are focused on customer service and satisfaction. The entire dealership experience since I moved back to this area as a customer has been the finest I have ever seen and I will continue to be a loyal customer. The service dept. is the finest I have ever dealt with.

The best thing I can say about this dealership is that we just bought our second vehicle from this location. The entire staff is friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. They really go out of their way to make sure you have a wonderful car buying experience. Our sales person Lilliam along with the sales manager Joe, took the time to find just the vehicle that we wanted. Jenny helped us decide if we wanted to pre-pay for scheduled maintenance or not and Gina the vehicle concierge went over all the features of the new vehicle and took the time to make sure we understood. Originally we chose this location for convenience, but now we choose it because of the spectacular service we receive from the entire staff.

Truly one of the best buying experiences I've had. Everyone went out of their way to make this a great experience and I really feel like being able to make me happy made everyone at the dealership happy. Even though this was an hour and a half further away from my closest Mercedes dealer, it was well worth the extra travel time. Highly recommended!

Always what I have always desired from a service department and more. No returns to service Dept after work had been done shabbily as at other domestic car dealerships. Your service and parts Dept take the time to insure that the work is done right the first time. Thank you again Marco for a smooth begin to end experience. ERIKS Pleasant valley, ny.

Our service manager, Terrell, is awesome! Very helpful, very positive. Just one issue... We decided to lease our car with Mercedes Benz of Wappingers Falls because of the concierge program (pick up and drop off of our car for maintenance). We even paid upfront for the maintenance. We had one delivery and drop off of a loaner car several months ago. Now, we find that the concierge program was discontinued, which is now causing us to drive to the dealership (30-45 min) and again when we return. We were told that we couldn't get a refund and that the service manager would call with a possible resolution. No one has called us on this, so we feel a bit misled. We knew when we signed for the upfront maintenance that we couldn't get a refund but we were also told that the concierge service was not a new program, so we never thought that it would be an issue. Please have someone us with a resolution.
