GREAT work!!! GREAT mechanic!! Has been with my family for years!!!! I was iffy on stepping outside of the box, seeing how I've kept the car work in my family for many years. Seeing my car steaming at a gas station, a guy approached my family about Dean. Been with him ever since. Great work. I would recommend him to anybody!!

Greatest mechanic service in all of north Georgia! Works in a timely fashion! Doesn't do anything without telling you exactly what he's going to do! Busts his ass to take care of his customers! Treats everyone with respect & like family!

I took 2 months to consider writing this review. I tried to withhold my opinions of this place, of the mechanic until some time had passed to see if the stress I had felt regarding my now totally useless car had gone away and well... what do you know? I'm still pissed. I came to Dean after hearing how this non commercial little mechanic shop helped my coworkers out with their car maintenance needs and repairs. My coworkers told me how Dean was the man and he was easy to work with and all that and a bag of chips. Okay great, so I contact him. He's very nice and says bring my car on down and he'll look at what needs to be fixed and let me know the price and everything. Well, I was so grateful that I had someone who was transparent with me and told me if he didn't see what's wrong that he didn't see what was wrong and when he found what's wrong that he found what's wrong. Honesty. Good. So once he found out that I needed near $500 work of work on my car and he was sure that the $500 worth of work would fix the issue, I said go ahead. I don't have much desire to buy a new car and I want my car fixed until I can comfortably afford a new car so go ahead and fix it. 

So, after a week I got my car back. He drove it himself and said that all looks good. I took it out from his shop and it drove. Not perfect but it didn't display the issue I had before I brought it in so in my mind it was fixed. 

Less than 24 hours later the problem starts back up again and I need to have my car towed to his place. The car was completely and dangerously undrivable. 

Dean shrugged at the issue and said he'd look at it again but did not have any other solutions. 

Seems like a temporary fix was given to my only vehicle and I was out of hundreds of dollars with a completely un drivable vehicle. I trusted the mechanic to not take advantage of me -like he promised he wouldn't-and I still feel taken advantage of. 

I had to buy a new car to go to work and make a living. My old car was towed back to my house and just sits there. It doesn't even start up with the new battery that was put in before the mechanic touched my car. I am still dissatisfied and since I have no other means to get my money back i am left to write this review of my un satisfaction with this auto shop. This is not to say don't go there but this is what happened to me and I won't be.

I was dropping a car off in my tow truck for the shop next door when someone who I believe was the owner  in a red shirt and a beard came out jumped on the side of my truck and told me to move that p.o.s and to never block his driveway again. Proceeded to cuss me and partner out while spitting his lunch out all over us. When the owner of my company called the shop to see what was going on we heard him in the back ground say if that Mexican comes up here again I'll snatch his a$$ out of that truck and beat the living $h1t out of him. I'm not one to normally talk about others people's business like this but this all could have been solved with him simply coming up and asking us to move to move truck and please don't block his driveway. So to the man I'm the red shirt I will just do what's best for you and pray that you will never treat anyone else like this again.

My driver was dropping a car at a shop in front of them and by mistake blocked some of there driveway. I called to apologize and speak with the manager about a fella that confronted my driver in a very harsh manner and was told "if he ever comes back here I will yank him out of the truck. Then I will beat the living crap out of him." If this is how there manager talks to a fellow manager I can only imagine how there customers cars are handled! Beware!!!
