DO NOT go to Rapid Tire & Auto Center at 5160 Little Mill Rd, Buford, GA. I had gone there for 10 years with great success and was surprised when new ownership took over. I had the new ownership quote my brakes and it was the same price as Firestone. I gave them a chance and within the year (less than 18,000 miles) the pads wore out and the rotors were all but worthless. My conclusion is this business uses very generic, cheap parts. The bothersome part was trying to communicate with them through their web site and phone calls and never heard back. That is BAD business as I’m sure they were evasive as they were busted by me (and I wonder how many others). I would have given them a chance to fix the problem or have a discussion but was shocked at their attitude of indifference (which is the #1 reason a business loses a customer). Do not go here.
