The service here was great but that's about it. The " fresh brewed" coffee was basically brown hot water and I ordered the biscuits with gravy and was very disappointed. This is a bakery and my biscuit was microwaved and chewy , and the gravy had no flavor. I did not even attempt to try a pastry, the pastries at our local grocery store look more appetizing . My spouse ordered a breakfast burrito and there was a big sausage that looked like a Jimmy Dean microwaved sausage. This was our first time here but will not be going back.

Am truly embarrassed for the owner and how unprofessional she is to her customers. A friend ordered a cake for an event from this shop, was told to come pick up the finished product less than an hour before the shop closed. When my friend arrived just after the shop closed (was told to come AFTER 3pm from the owner, the shop closes at 4pm not leaving much time at all) no one was there and her purchase of more than $200 was left in the shop, unusable. The next day the owner refused to give a refund, some sort of credit, or anything in exchange for the useless cake that was purchased. On top of that, the cake colors bled into each other leaving a less than pleasant finished product. I come from a family of commercial bakers, witnessing a cake that appeared to lack true effort (bleeding colors, soggy icing, less than basic decor) I will definitely make sure Dee's Bakery is not involved in any future events of mine. You cannot treat customers in such a way, that is a mistake in hospitality you do not come back from.
