Locally owned and operated we are Reno's original bagel shop. We also make from scratch donuts, muffins, breads, cookies, and other baked goodies.

Story

Making the best bagels east coast style this side of New York!
Dough mixed fresh daily and baked fresh daily.
Awesome breakfast and lunch sandwiches.

As a full service bakery we mix and bake everything in house including, muffins, donuts, breads, cinnamon rolls and other baked goods.

Went in, ordered a quiche, they said they didn't have it in regular, only gluten free.. yet, gluten free cost more and they wanted to make me pay the extra amount! I was like, uh, no.. either give it to me for normal price or nevermind.. she just shrugged and rolled her eyes. Then, when my friend ordered, she asked about ingredients in her food and when she inquired about the male employee, about whether he was the chef, she laughed, made a snide comment about the guy (he had some physical imperfections) [she rudely said, "yah right"] then said definitely not, but didn't make any effort to find out about the ingredient until we said it was an allergy reason.. then begrudgingly went to check. The donuts i got were awful and tasted stale.. it was truly one of those moments when you wish you had gone somewhere.. anywhere.. but there.

This is a super neat bakery.  The cronuts are always good as are their cinnamon rolls and bagels.  I was disappointed with their pretzels though.  Their panini and bagel sandwiches are pretty good too. They are a touch on the expensive side, but the staff are always friendly and it makes for a good little breakfast or lunch spot.  The wait can be a little long depending on the day/time you go, so not necessarily the best spot if you are in a rush or need something super quuick.

Place is not what I thought it would be. Very limited on items, Had to wait for the staff to finish their personal conversation with another employee before they could help me. Staff here are very rude and not friendly at all. Tried to sale me what looked like old doughnut that fell on the floor. It was around 8am when I was there too. If you can skip this place and go somewhere else. One could say, 7/11 has better service and doughnuts then this place. Run away.

Pretty disappointed with my last experience. I ordered a lot bagel with no onions and no capers. (It's supposed to come with red onions.) They gave me a non toasted bagel, (I asked for toasted) with white onions? If they were busy I could understand the confusion, but the place was pretty empty, and the other people who were there had already been helped. 

Einstein bagels have a better flavor. It's doubtful I'll go back anytime soon.

With a hot menu served daily, this bakery has plenty of flavors to choose from. They also serve a variety of quality beverages, including shakes (vegan upon request). Easy to spot from the road and plenty of room for dine in guests!
