I tried to place an order for a cake and the lady who said her name was Lorena first of all was talking on the phone while helping customers was not paying attention to what i was telling her and for that she got me mad decided to just say thank you have a good day love the cakes and there sweet bread but with that customer service i am not happy to come back.

The staff is always friendly to me when i come in, but that could only go so far. Everytime i walk in they never have what im looking for. Today, i actually waited for the hour and a half for them to bake the bread i wanted. Turns out i had to wait another half an hour to an hour for it. When i have a craving for that bread ill just go tge extra mile to a bakery where they do sell it.

Not a good place to go..ordered a treat leches cake..nooone spoke English but I speak some Spanish so survived but picked up the cake with no instructions and it hadn't yet settled and leaked all over our car
