This campground is very nice quiet place. The lady owner is polite and nice as the complete opposite as to the male portion... my family and myself were confronted late at night that we should come to the office and discuss some issues (like we were infant children). After going we realize we had a few visitors that were not staying with us and not campers that needed to pay for visiting.. huh!!?? Then were assumed by the bicycle warden (owner) that whom ever was in the game room was with us ...which were no part of our party at all.. If you work second shift be prepared for the wake up call of their pet rooster that will continue for hours.. i love the country but if wanted to wake my family after a second shift job i would awake by a alarm clock not the loud sound of the owners rooster. Poor management decisions.

Not real happy with the way the owners treated my wife or the space they assigned us to setup a tent. There were several areas that had grass spots available and they stuck us on the rockiest piece of ground that they had. I was happy 2 years ago when we decided not to come back here again, but our friends had heard that thing had changed for the good, boy were they mistaken. We won't be back ever!!! This would be a great place to stay, but with the grumpiness of the owners, it makes for a rude awakening.

Well....as I thought about writing this review, I really wanted to express my true feelings about this camping experience. Before our trip, I spoke with one of my friends about the camp ground. Immediately she told me she wouldn't go back due to the fact of how her grandchildren were treated by the male property owner. She told me what had taken place. Even after hearing her story....we decided to give it a try for ourselves. Pretty camp sites by the creek. First day was nice. The second day, we experienced "issues " with the male manager. After comparing what happened with my friend and what happened to us.......Individuals Race, Sex, Religion, and Disabilities shouldn't matter. People are there to enjoy camping and get away from such issues. Happy Camping.....

Was an overnight guest recently. I was not impressed. Joined my family and friends, late afternoon. After hours visiting, long after dark the owner shows up to tell my son he needed to come to the office. And goes on to say there was too many cars there. And indicated there was a problem with guests not pd for. The problem, wasn't a problem because the tent across the creek was another overnight guest visiting with us. I had no idea there was an 8.00 charge to be there or i would not have went. I didn't use the water and the electricity was already being used. Then there was a complaint about a whining dog. If the park was not pet friendly they should specify. I feel they obviously cater to people that park all yr. Being a guest i felt that any issues should be discussed at check out ...i felt we were harassed. And obviously parked where we as weekend campers could be watched. Nothing for the children to do but the game room and don't take your pets in there. Lots of rules. Did not have a friendly experience. Won't reccommend.
