The employees are very nice and always have smile on their face. Group classes are great with awesome teachers. The equipment is really good and well kept. On top of that, they offer free kid care. Defined fitness is definitely the paradise for me and all my family ! I highly recommend it!

I have been a member since January of 1991 and have always found Defined Fitness to be on the leading edge of fitness centers in Albuquerque. After a string of places going out of business over the years, the stamina and financial stability of Defined Fitness is most appreciated. But beyond that, the facilities have always been meticulusouly maintained and regularly updated. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Every time I walk in I feel I'm a member of the fitness community and have made many friends there over the years. So YES, I would recommend Defined Fitness as the best all around place to go to stay fit in both body and mind. -- Mike Salmon,

Lots of room to workout and lots of equipment to use so you don't have to wait. Great variety of classes and a pool, sauna, locker rooms and more. Easy to get to and on the bus route. Personal trainers for all fitness levels, one of the best gyms I've been to.

The equipment is nice, clean and user friendly. The gym is clean with friendly staff. The pool, sauna and jacuzzi are great ways to relax after a long day of work and a workout. My husband and I enjoy going to this gym.

Facility is clean and well-maintained. Staff are courteous. The atmosphere is always really motivating and it doesn't matter if you're beginning your fitness lifestyle or a seasoned veteran. I've only ever tried the yoga classes (which are great) but there are many more to choose from. All age goups can be found here. Would definitely recommend to a friend.
