Absolutely the worst experience from a gym I’ve ever experienced from both staff and other members. I have never been so disappointed in the lack of customer service and treatment. The things that were promised to me as part of my corporate discounts I never received. Complete waste of time and money. If I could give them a negative number rating I definitely would because it’s well deserved here in the lack of treatment. I’ve never been treated so low before in my life!

The machines are well-maintained. I go late night and the members using the gym are respectful of other members and respect the gym rules. My encounters with staff always have been friendly.

I worked out at this gym daily for over 4 years. I was there every weekday at the same time. My sister called looking for me and the desk attendant, who knows me well and knows I am there every day told her she didn’t see me and I wasn’t in the gym. This call was important and actually resulted in my 85 year old mother having to deal with a life and death situation. She admitted to me she took the call, had no reason why she didn’t get up and look for me and SHRUGGED AND LAUGHED when I explained that a family member was now on life support. Up to this point we had a great relationship. I even brought cupcakes for her birthday. The next morning my family was informed our gym membership was revoked because I confronted her over this and spoke to her in anger. Don’t join this gym. If they treat long time members like this imagine how they will treat you.

Traveled to abq from tx for a couple of days. Wife is in physical therapy and needed bike time for ankle. Stopped by Snap, and they were awesome. Great facility and excellent staff. I would definitely be a member if I still lived in abq.

It is a small gym with plenty of equipment. Just be prepared to mix your workouts up because they only have one of every machine. Great! customer service and friendly staff!
