Defying the Odds helped bring to light the trouble with behavior I'd normalized in years up to entering their program -- In the Risk Reduction course, I learned the science behind changes in mind and body over years of abuse. Weekly ASM meetings became a time and place of great reflection for me, where I gained an objective sense of self I didn't know I lacked before. Entering the program, I really didn't think I had a problem, but in time I realized, and by the end I was fundamentally changed. I wouldn't trade the experience for anything.

The staff are professional. I can appreciate having a place like this to help uplift us and teach us alternatives.

When I spoke to the lady who answered the phone she was very friendly and made me laugh. That isn't very common when dealing with these type of situations but very much needed. Thanks for making my day girl!
