TERRIBLE!!! Sales associate, her extremely long nails took her about an hour to sell us our merchandise. The manager should be aware of these things. I was the only customer there, and she was having a hard time opening the clasps. And complained that her nail polish chipped...LOL. WOULD NEVER GO BACK THERE

I'll no longer shop here. Previously they offered rewards program, and conventently kept track of purchases, but now they do neither. Today I went to return an item I purchased just before Christmas with a credit card and expected them to credit my card. They said they cant do that, which might be true, but any other store I have shopped at does this, so I find it poor customer service and a continuation of the trend.They said that they would only give me store credit, which is not what I want due to the rarity of my shopping there.

I wasn't too impressed with the customer service offered by the manager of the Pandora Store in Dedham, MA today.. After spending thousands of dollars in that store, my daughter asked them to fix a ring she bought. The manager's own words - the ring is only worth about $200.. but she wasn't willing ( or couldn't fix) the ring and would not replace the ring because they couldn't re-sell it. I think when someone fills several bracelets, necklaces and your employees recognize her as she walks in - it is horrible customer service not to make a loyal customer happy - especially since the wholesale value of the ring was probably about $30-$40. I feel bad for her since she will miss buying there and for them, because they don't know how to take care of clients.. It hurst a business.
