Tried to take new puppy for walk, so many unleashed dogs on this beach. I knew they were friendly but sucks when trying to teach puppy to be calm among other animals when every dog wants to run up on the new puppy and they can. Couldn't stay there for long, too much action for my excitable puppy. Maybe will come back when she's older and not so susceptible.

It's a dog beach. Small beach with waves very close and over the rocks too as it closes to the sunset. Dogs can play without a leash. Very happy pets and if you clean behind it , very happy owners too. Paid parking but only 3 $ per hr. Had a small bridge like to walk on the road to have good sunset views. Very beautiful pictures and rock formation in the beach was wonderful and photogenic. We spent 3 hrs easily ,happily and stress free too. Our pet had a good group to play with without a leash. Suggestion, see that your puppy finishes all its vaccines if not completed. Small net to play volleyball and roadside parkings

Wonderful for a run with the pooch. Dogs enjoy the shallow shore. Watch the inlet tide... it can become  VERY swift and dangerous.  Secondly, the beach area becomes shortened at high tide. Overall a fun spot for Spot.

I love watching the dogs that run around so freely. And what you see on their faces in pure joy. I play community volleyball at this beach as well. Great place and great sunsets

Great place to me good people, fellow dog lovers, and of course all the four legged friends that steal away my heart with such ease. The power of the Pacific, the Man's Best Friend, and of our Beloved Neighbor reside here....it's a must visit!
