Delaware Combat Sports is led by one of the best Gracie Jiu Jitsu practitioners I have ever met and had the pleasure of training with. Ronnie is a phenomenal competitor and a genuinely nice person. If you are looking for great self defense, sport or  MMA training then this is the place to go.

Ronnie was taught by the real deal and he is the real deal!.  
My children are in his class I am a 23yr Army Veteran a serious skeptic and I trust him to teach my children properly..

My whole family trains at DCS and we love it! It brings us great piece of  mind that our daughters are learning self defense techniques. The people that train there are wonderful and you will not find a Professor more dedicated to Gracie jiu-jitsu, his schools, and students. All of the instructors are awesome and the facilities are well kept. Training is offered for ages 3 and up (youth and adult classes). There are three locations: Dover, Camden, and Middletown, so there are options if proximity is a deciding factor. We feel very fortunate to have found DCS and intend to train there for many years to come!

Excellent Jiu-Jitsu school. Ronnie Wuest is a great professor & teacher. Very personable & relatable instructors. Once you start training here not only will you learn excellent self defense but you will make friends with some amazing people.

Delaware Combat Sports has fantastic trainers, facilities and an awesome Professor in Ronnie Wuest. If you are looking for quality Gracie Jiu Jitsu, DCS is a great place to train.
