I'm currently in here. Christmas Day. We were seated quicky, but that was the only quick thing here. The place isn't full by any means. We were given water and no menus. Had to signal the waitress for menus. We order food and she comes back TWENTY MINUTES later asking for clarification about our order. I ask if she had even put our order in yet and she replied she was just about to and that she was busy. We have a direct line of sight of her and she has been doing nothing but socializing. It's been 40 minutes so far and we have yet to receive anything. Waitress mumbled under her breath when I asked what's taking so long.

Updated 12-23-17 Although I did not have very good service the last visit, I tried to give them the benefit of not rating them lower. However, the visit today was even worse. There were very few customers and after 15 minutes after our order we had yet to even get our drinks. I had to go inquire about them. Then the food came out and I had to repeatedly try to scrape the burnt food from the bottom of my skillet meal. I have never had such poorly prepared food and the service has sent downhill markedly over the last month or two. Earlier visit: Food was good, but service was very slow. It was fairly busy so not rating it lower.

Dirty glass, no silverware until after food arrived. 1 person seems to be doing everything. Serving size is very small and skillet was barely warm. Chicken dry, rice undercooked. Server (lovlie) is very nice but overwhelmed. Manager is kind and seems genuinely concerned however he has a lot of work to do with what looks like no employees

My family and I went to Denny's for breakfast. There was 4 adults and a 4 year old. Our services sucked. Waited 20minutes to order. Then she rushed us to order. Finally got our food. Gave food to wrong people. Didn't she server till we was leaving. Got our ticket from the cashier. Our bill was over $55.00. For pancakes and bacon, coffee. That's too much. When I asked about the bill, all she could do was laugh, and kept saying. Yap that's right. I WOULDN'T BE BACK THERE again...

Terrible service, the waitress barely came to our table. I had asked for sweet tea and by the time she brought it to me (after I reminded her about it) I was almost completely done with my meal. It wasn't that busy and we were one of two couples in her section. Unsatisfactory.
