Excellent service.  The food could have been better.  When I ask for eggs over medium,  I don't expect to get eggs over easy.  I also don't expect the bacon to be burnt.

I wish I could give this place zero stars!
Today's experience at this IHOP was horrible. They will NEVER get my business again.
We walk in and need a minute to look over the menu... That turns to 15 minutes so we have to call the manager (Michael) to get a different server too help us. So we finally ordered, food looked great so I began to eat my pancakes.  After a few minutes of eating my cousin said there was a hair in her food... 
Then as I lifted my bacon to take a bite (because I was hungry)  there was a long piece of hair hanging from my bacon. My hair is short and I had a hood on muy head the whole time so it wasn't mine. Now by this time I ate both my pancakes but I was totally disgusted. 
We had to Call for Michael the manager AGAIN.
Michael was very standoffish as if this was nothing. He didn't even apologize for it having to us. (But our server did)
Michael (manager) asked us if we wanted food made over. He told them to make it over. 
I asked him if this meal was on the house and he looked at me and said no because we ate most of the food. I stopped eating when I saw hair in my food.😣 it was not gone. If I saw it earlier I would've addressed it earlier. 
He said he would discount hers but he had them make mine over so I'd be paying full price. I didn't understand... We we're all looking at this piece of LONG hair in my food and he never even apologized. 
Then I saw him talking to the workers looking our way like we were lying. 
I really felt our meals should've been absolutely free. I paid full price. I'll never be back and will give bad reviews and tell this story to everyone I know!!
They get zero stars and the manager (Michael)  doesn't know how to take care of customers. Check your food if you're going here

Awesome service. The food is always great. We always ask for a specific waiter Marlon because he always delivers phenomenal service. We will continue to come this IHOP location for our family breakfast outing.

The food was great I had a poblano omelette and pancakes with a cup of pumpkin coffee.  The Service was fast and the wait was even faster as soon as we walked in we were seated. I Love I Hop

I normally think of this location to be the better of the two in north county but this visit was a bit under par. After sitting for more than ten minutes our waitress finally comes over to greet us. Then the food took abnormally long to be prepared for the amount of guests there at the time. I had to get our silverware myself after the pancakes were finally brought out, and I never received the catchup I had asked for at the time of us receiving our drinks.
