Dr. Payumo has been taking care of my father in law for 6 years now. He is 85 years old with Parkinson's. The whole office is always so kind when we come in. And really take care of his special needs.

This office has been our family dentist for the past 5 years.  Our son is also getting his braces with Dr. Tran.  Their Fridays and Saturdays office hours are convenient for us and my husband.  The doctors and staff are very nice and caring!

My entire family has been coming here for all our dental needs and braces for 3 of our kids.  Dr. Payumo and Dr. Tran are wonderful doctors and the entire staff are so friendly.  Everyone makes us feel relaxed and well taken care of during our visits.  We love it here!

- Dr. Tran was our family dentist. My then 13yr old got a cleaning during our first visit with Dr. Tran. Sealants were already on her back teeth. During the next visit, 6 months later, Dr. Tran said a sealant lifted and a cavity formed. Dr. Tran recommended a root canal. My question, how did we go from no cavities - to now a root canal? Dr. Tran said she would fill the cavity - but we needed to schedule a root canal if my daughter became sensitive to cold/hot. 

- Now, 1 yr after leaving Dr. Tran - my daughter has a great dentist that confirmed only a tiny small start of a cavity - nothing at all that warrants a root canal.

- Dr. Tran was our family dentist. My then 21yr old son got his first cavity filled by Dr. Tran.

- Now, 6 months since his last appt with Dr. Tran, my son is in extreme pain in the tooth Dr. Tran treated for a cavity and he is seeing a dentist today.

This doctor is terrible - I wish I never let her treat my children!!

Absolutely terrible experience. Dr. Tran was rude and uncaring. I was crying in pain and they offered nothing to help with my anxiety and discomfort. If you require numbing of your mouth for cavity fillings and choose this practice...good luck. I must say the assistant felt bad for me and was kind, but Dr. Tran seriously is more of a torture artist than a caring dentist. Will not be going back.
