Beginning Sep, 19, 2012 we proudly announce the opening of our new office in the neighborhood of Hamilton Mill and Dacula area. We will be offering a wide variety of dental services ranging from preventative and general dentistry to family and cosmetic and implant dentistry. We cater to every one in the family including adults and kids and also offer orthodontic services as well. We accept all major dental insurances and offer a variety of payment plans including interest free financing and in house discount and payment plans. BEWARE! I highly suggest you get a 2nd opinion on results they may give you at this dentist office! In August 2015 my husband went for a cleaning and was told that he had 7, yes 7 cavities! To be sure he was correct he called today to get clarification and his records still say 7 cavities! We used another dentist for 2 years prior to changing to this place and he was never told he had cavities not even one! He went and got a second opinion last week yes, 2 years later, which of course no one should wait that long but sometimes life gets in the way but yes 2 years later at the new dentist he walked out with NO CAVITIES!!! As we all know cavities DO NOT fix themselves!! So please be careful when using this dentist, if I were you I wouldn’t use them or use at own risk!

I can not say enough about the staff at Dental Smiles in Dacula. They are warm and welcoming as soon as you arrive all the way through the process. I lost my Insurance after Obama Care kicked in due to a 150% increase in my rate which was not sustainable for me because of the increase in price so I avoided going to the doctor or dentist unless it was absolutely needed. Well, that day came when a bridge I had put in 20 years ago had came out leaving me unable to eat normally and it just felt very uncomfortable so I went to Dental Smiles as when I did have Insurance he was my primary dentist and I was impressed with his desire to complete the job and get as close to perfection as possible. He and his staff stayed way passed the closing time to insure my crowns were complete and that made me feel like I was not just a client, they actually cared ! This time around he knew I did not have Insurance and sat down with me to work out the most affordable care he could. In closing I would say I highly recommend Dental Smiles in Dacula to anyone looking for an honest and very experienced dental service provider. A ++

Great so far, but if you need something after hours/weekends there is no way to get in touch with anyone. I had to have my teeth extracted because of damage done by medication for cancer. My teeth were cracking. All went well until 3 days later, I then had a painful sinus infection. Dr. Shah said to call if I needed meds for it. I called on a Friday and it's now Sunday, no call back. My process will take 4 months for all the healing and then I get my snap in dentures. Other then nobody to talk with after hours, all is good so far. Time will tell.

I could not possibly recommend this group enough. From the second I walked in the door, I felt welcome. I had a cleaning and root canal/crown procedure, all of which were incredibly affordable, and performed by some truly wonderful individuals. They did masterful work, made me feel comfortable the entire time, the procedure was painless, and I have a smile again for the first time in a long time. Thank you all SO much.

This is truly a wonderful office ..... Just love Dr Shah, and all the staff, from Claudia and Ruby up front.... To Monica in the back( assistant to Dr Shah). Everyone is so sooooo nice and they care..... And are so professional! I definitely will be back.
