My husband and I came because he has not been feeling good for a week, and despite seeing PCP and being on antibiotics, he started getting worse. Tonight he had trouble breathing. They called us back, and started triage. My husband had to burp, and did so discreetly, but the triage nurse said "eww I could smell that burp," and pulled away from him. Given that the man has been sick, and would not choose to be in urgent care on a Friday evening, the nurse's response was rude, and humiliating to him. He told her as much, and she minimized it. We should have walked out, but he was really having wheezing and trouble breathing, so we just stayed. We will never be coming back here again.

Horrible. Aside from being an overall depressing environment, the customer service component is non existent. In area where new urgent care facilities are cropping up every day they should understand that people now have many choices. They "forgot" about me today. Left me in an exam room with only a few patients to work with and they forgot about me. After what seemed like forever I finally left but not before being chastised by a gal at the front station who informed me that the pa works 14 hour shifts and things happen. Additionally, she informed me that I didn't have an appointment. I reminded her that the sign on the door says walkins welcome. Our entire family has used the services at this clinic for years. Mostly because it's easier to go there than start again at a new facility. Today we will begin using another company/office. My advice: it all starts with customer service. Snotty front desk folks can kill a business.

Rude receptionist, gave me a fake prescription and standing at pharmacy and no one will answer the phone at the doctor office.. waste of money and time

Great Staff, if you like to be treated kindly and looking for Providers with exceptional knowledge, this is the place! Very affordable as well.

This is by far my favorite Dr. office now. Everyone is very kind and I love that they take walk ins because you ever know when your going to be sick. Dr. Ebner always makes time to converse and ask me about my family. Anyother Dr. made me feel as a number. I can tell she listens to my symptoms because she repeats them to me and tells me why she prescribes the action or medicine. Very clean also, I see them clean all the time. Thanks Dr. Ebner and team you all exceed my expectations by far.
