I love the nurse Jennifer I have had her since my son was born on 2014 the nurses before her were not as good and understanding but she is and I like that I can talk to her about anything when it comes to my children. I almost switched doctors because the ones before her would not understand my son Carlos was okay but when Jayden was born is was a miracle and I saw her as soon as Jayden was born. So that being said because I only let her see my children they love going to the dr. My kids love her and I wouldn't want another nurse seeing my kids. She is really the best one and I want her to get promoted because she clearly does a great job with Kids and she does what she loves to do. Her name is Jennifer Hughes and she's been there since 2014 and the staff got better since she's been there. Dr Thomson and Jennifer are awesome people and good doctors. I only let them see my kids.

We have been taking our children here for nearly 15 years. Dr. Thomson is Mr. Rogers with a Medical degree! Kind, soft spoken, very knowledgable and always has the children's health in the forefront. I would not take my children any place else.

I took my son here for his newborn and 1 month appointment, i loved the doctor we saw, she was very friendly and i liked how she handled my newborn (like she actually cared about him instead of just a patient). When it came to his 2 month appointment for his shots we were still working on his insurance, i explained the situation to the front desk and told her i would pay cash for the visit and the shots. She said that it wasn't a problem and that i just needed to pay prior to actually seeing the doctor. I pulled out my payment when another front desk worker walked up and stated in a not very polite manor that "they aren't going to do that". the other worker re explained our situation and again she said that they wouldn't do it. What upset me the most was the rude and condescending tone she was using along with speaking louder each time getting the whole offices attention, she then said louder how we wouldn't be able to see anyone there until my child was insured and he will just have to wait for his shots (we were in the middle of being approved for insurance). i felt very disrespected and that my entire experience that day was extremely unprofessional. i understand having regulations but it would be nice if everyone was on the same page to handle situations, also it still is not okay to be rude to people, especially when they are not being rude to you and there are children around. I hate the fact that we are having to find another practice because i really did love the doctor but i am not okay with staying with a place who is that rude to their patients.

My children have been going there for almost 11 years. I was happy with the service and the nurses there but from the last 2 years their service and help have decreased. I don't like the way the new nurses work and I'm not sure they're really qualified and have the necessary knowledge to treat children.

So far so Good. My wife and I just moved to the area with our 22 mounth old daughter. We needed a new pediatrician in the area and found this facility less than a mile from our home. Our first visit was to get our daughter up to date on her vaccinations. The staff, Doctor, and Nurses were all very friendly and professional. It was an "In and Out" visit with no hitches. Our second visit, which was two days ago. Was in regard to our daughter catching a cold with a low grade fever associated with it. Again we took her in and were met with a very friendly and professional staff. The Doctor was very thorough, testing for Strep and the flu. At the time, her only symptom was a runny nose with no fever, as we had given her Motrin just before taking her in. Alot of doctors would just go ahead and write for antibiotics, which in some cases doesn't do any good and further more builds your childs tolerance to the antibiotics. This particular doctor that we saw didn't even hint towards that direction and simply suggested that we keep an eye on the fever and grab some Pedialyte to keep her hydrated. This advice proved correct as our daughter bounced back directly, Without Antibiotics that she didn't need. Im a big fan of this, as I don't wonna give my daughter medication she doesn't need. The doctor made a great call and I would recommend this facility to anyone with children in the area.
