He was very rough while cleaning my teeth. I was crying and asked for a break. He said, "no breaks." And I told him I just need a minute. He said, "almost done." Afterwards, my mouth was bleeding so I wiped it with a tissue and he told me not to do that. I was very uncomfortable especially after that. He does not care about tears or try to make you feel comfortable. If you want good beside manner or a dentist who is caring- look elsewhere.

My visit to Parkside Dental was smooth as possible.  I was seen at the time of my scheduled appointment without delay, which was a treat since I was on my lunch break, and I received the full attention of Dr. Cyrus Shokoohi and his staff during the entire time of visit. 
Dr. Cyrus answered all of my concerns with enthusiasm and went beyond my expectations in describing my options. I like the fact that Dr. Cyrus is conservative in his practice and always takes my budget into consideration.  He is truly the best.
