After reading all the reviews I decided to make a post. I see that my thinking was not just in my mind. I really dislike this office, there is a new doctor EVER time I come here. Also, there is ALWAYS new staff as well. I been coming here for a while and recently found out Dr. Kim left, which they never even told me until I was already in the chair:(. I really liked her!!! So, I’m strongly thinking about going to her office for my next dental visit. I think this company just gets anybody that is willing to work at this company. Not even considering if they are a well trained, experienced, personable, and qualified Doctor;(.

If I could give a zero I would. I was very displeased coming to this location. I came from another great expression office and wanted to try another one... horrible.. the doctor barely talks. She only told me what fillings I needed and left. Also she’s very young and seems inexperienced. She seemed mad throughout the whole exam. She seems like she just wants money. The technician that help her was very knowledgeable and she told me in depth what was what.. at first I thought she was the doctor just by her demeanor and attitude but once I saw the doctor I was completely floored. Also the office manager came in and spoke to me about my fillings ugh.. she was so overwhelming and pushy. Kept asking for me to schedule and telling me what I NEEDED to do. I just don’t like this office and I will be getting my X-rays and going else where. May I add your there for two hours and don’t even get a cleaning. They just was trying to force me to do my fillings which was too much money; however my cleaning was free and they claim they didn’t have time for that tho.. right please stay away from this money hungry office.

First and foremost, this office is a wreck. I went there to get a Root canal and was in pain after the procedure. Even though the doctor claimed I should feel anything she just wanted my money. Also she give me medication that made me sick and didn’t relieve my pain. The doctor act like she didn’t know what she was doing. Everytime I told her I was in pain she look mad and rolled her eyes. She didn’t even finish the root canal in one day I went back several times for her to get it right. It took many weeks for me to get my crown and I was in pain the entire time. After I threatened to sue them for pain and suffering is only when they got their act straight. They claimed they would give  me my money back and eventually I got my crown. I am NEVER Going BACK to that hell whole. The worst part was when the doctor yelled at me and her and her staff held me down doing the root canal. I’m not over reacting they really did and basically told me to just deal with it. I cried. They didn’t even care and doctor continued drilling. I am still thinking about suing the doctor just for how she treated me and the treatment that was done. I can tell she is very young. I think she just got out of school are something because she doesn’t even talk much and she doesn’t explain things well she just does the work. Other people talk for her. So I’m not sure but she is not experienced. So if you want a painful root canal (got weeks) and a crown that takes years to receive come here. I’m still waiting on my refund. 
(One month later)I have been to places and I had my crown placed in one day. With state of the art dental equipment. Their stuff is old and outdated. I just wanted to inform the public to steer clear. You can find a better office and better staff and doctor trust me!!!!!!!!!!

The staff are all 5 stars. Very friendly. I absolutely love Lisa and Christine. The team are very accommodating and I love that I am not in a lobby or room waiting forever
