The room was very, very comfortable. The staff personnel were pleasant. The bottled body wash was open and half gone but housekeeping brought a new one at my request. There was only 1 washcloth. Nice presentation for the coffee and tea, very, very comfortable pillows, soft large towels, nice selection of cable tv programs and tasty food in ample portions at the restaurant. However, the waitress took my order, put it in front of me and never returned on her own. A young lady who worked there noticed my three unsuccessful attempts at getting the waitress' attention by waving my hands and calling the waitress' name. (The waitress stocked glasses, helped people at other tables and stood very near me chatting with coworkers but never looked my way!) Finally she showed up after the young lady told her I'd been trying to get her attention. Later my table was cleared but I waited 20 minutes before the waitress showed up and that was only after the young lady again rounded her up. Worst experience I've had with a waitress. She was pleasant but inattentive. I would have ordered dessert but she didn't even ask me if I were interested. By then I was ready to leave anyway.

Very classy hotel. Small convenience shop by the guest check-in that's 24 hours. A full bar and buffet that I didn't have time to check out. Room was really nice, upgraded everything, bed, bathroom, very clean granite like counters. Rates were really great using Expedia. The only downside was they charge $10 a night for parking. Also, the fridge was too cold and froze my water. The room has coffee with actual creamer not that crap dried creamer other hotels use. Nice fancy aromatherapy shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and soap. Lots of power outlets next to the bed and lights for reading in bed. A nice big screen TV to watch although it took a few minutes to figure out how to get out of the paid menu to get to the regular channels.

Beautiful rooms. Had an issue with tub draining. It took almost an hour to correct. Not one member of t h e staff was concerned with our issue. Breakfast buffet was very good

This is a very nice hotel! I loved the hot, fresh breakfast! My favorite was the eggs made fresh and exactly how you want! This is the 1st hotel with a buffet that I have seen this as an option.

Good location. Close to the airport. Close to freeway entrance. Clean and quiet. The food in the executive lounge is good.
