Not at all what I expected when I booked online. Cheaply constructed, floors shake from nearby activity, no sound insulation. Poorly supplied room, have to rent, sign-out, or purchase anything from a clothes iron to a coffee maker. I booked a week, but only stayed one night. Supposedly I am only being charged for one night, but I have not checked my card statement to verify. I did not feel safe staying here. The halls smelled of stale cigarette smoke. The smell in the room, though clean, was very unpleasant. Had to call corporate to get someone to the front desk to check out at 7:30 in the morning.i would never stay here again, certainly not with a family.

Roaches in my room. I will never stay there again. They got 2 stars only because I was given my money back for the balance of the time I did not use. This place would be great if they cleaned it up.

Place is a dump.  Smokers on both sides of entrance.  Security roll up door closed off front desk.  Person answering the phone told me someone would be there shortly.  Got panhandled waiting.  Maybe drug dealers or prostitutes would be comfortable here.  Not me and my daughter.  While still in their lobby I called the motel number again to cancel my reservation.  Motel bills me later as a "no show."

Horrible only stayed one night paid for 7.  Beds were dirty, floors were dirty.  Wanted to charge me for pots, pans etc.  Had a family emergency where my grandson's father had been in a bad accident and we had to go back to Texas and they wouldn't even refund our money.  Managers lie, corporate lies the number you call they can't do anything but escalate it to Jason who never calls back or does anything.  My grandson's father ended up dying but do they care?  Hell no they don't all they want is to rip you off and take money out of babies' mouths and never did get his blanket back either.

This place is cheap but I would not recommend it.  The smell of my room is making me sick when I enter the it. The staff is great though, Ian really tries to give you the most out of your stay.
