This is a very nice hotel for a very reasonable price. They do not have vending machines, but they do have ice machines and there is a 7-11 just across the parking lot. They sell a small assortment of drinks and snacks at the front counter however. The rooms are clean and nicely laid out. The showers are powerful and the place is quiet. Would definitely stay here again!

I had originally given this hotel a good rating. Our room was great. It was very clean, the bed was comfortable bed, nice shower, etc... The staff was friendly and breakfast was pretty good. We stayed there from 04/19/17 - 04/22/17. We were there for my birthday and for 420. Upon check-in, the hotel had a notice for you to sign stating that you agreed to smoke ONLY in designated smoking areas, this includes marijuana. It also states that you will be charged a fee for smoking in your room. I signed this form because no way was I going to smoke in my room and get charged $200. It's not worth it. I was looking at my bank account today when I noticed a $200 charge from the Hyatt charged TWO DAYS AFTER we left! When I called to inquire, I was told it was for smoking in our room. WE DID NOT SMOKE IN OUR ROOM. The manager was RUDE and told me that housekeeping had provided him with "evidence". I asked if ashes, cigarette butts, or burn marks had been found in the room and was there photographic evidence of such. All he could tell me is that the room "smelled". If we are going outside and smoking, then coming back in, THE SMELL WOULD BE ON OUR CLOTHES but it shouldn't be bad enough that they couldn't rent the room out for 2 days, as the manager claims. I suggested that a member of housekeeping could have possibly smoked in the room and then blamed us. The manager then got VERY RUDE and told me "don't even go there with me". The hotel did not even contact me and give me a chance to dispute this smoking accusation before charging my card. They know people are going to smoke outside in the designated areas and they KNOW they will carry that smell in on their clothing (how we carried the smell in with us, I'll never know because there were gale force winds the whole time we were there; the smoke didn't even have a chance to linger and get on our clothes). I have contacted my bank to dispute this claim. The person handling my payment dispute claim told me that a lot of hotels in Colorado are doing this to out-of-state vacationers who come to smoke marijuana. I guess it's their way of making money off the pot smokers...

Location and rooms are great. Staff left at lot to be desired. We checked into our room at 4am, yes am after working for 13 hours. At just after 8am, housekeeping knocked and entered our room. When we went to the front desk, the staff made us feel it was our fault for not having our do not disturb sign on the door. Checkout was not until noon and we had to be awake by 930 to drive fourteen hours back home. We did not think we needed that sign up. The staff never once apologized to us but made us feel like it was our fault. We will never stay there again.

Really like the room layout. Very suite like. Good first impression. Front desk was friendly and knowledgeable. Bed is comfortable and room was clean. Couch was discolored and closet door does not close but still would recommend.

The room was very nice. Had a small house feeling to it, very roomy and loved how it had a living room instead of having to sit on your bed to watch tv. Great water pressure in both sinks and shower so none of that skimpy showers. The complementary breakfast was nice and wasn't tasteless like most hotels. Overall it was a very nice experience. Would definitely recommend and go there again.
