Andrew Montoya is the man. The wife and I came in a couple weeks ago, just shopping. He wasn't pushy, verypolite, informative, left us alone then checked in occasionally. We left to shop around town. Ended up coming back yesterday, got a great replacement for our king, Andrew had it delivered today. He said between 3 and 5. They got here at 4. Good mattresses, well priced, good staff. We'll be back.

This is my third time buying from Denver Mattress. The first time I bought a queen sized bed, the second a few pillows and a twin sized bed, this most recent time I bought a new box sping and a headboard. Each time the staff was courteous and knowledgeable. The store was clean and they have a very solid selection of beds, desks, shelves, couches, cabinets, chairs, and tables. I really like this store. It's pricey but sometimes they do have clearance items.

I would definitely rate this store super low below a star and give it a BOLD NEGATIVE MARK. First of all I went in to buy a twin mattress and received the worst customer service. No wonder you can hear crickets bad service equals no customers. The kindest person was their security guard from IPS. The loader was rude as well they need to teach him some etiquette and the proper way to address your customers. Also, after driving 30 minutes back and forth they sent me home with a full size frame for a twin mattress. Once I returned the frame the salesman was trying to charge me more for the frame on top of dropping my receipt on the floor that I made him pick up and most importantly, not apologizing for the mistake they had done. I will not be returning or giving my business to this place ever again and for you reviewer's please reconsider doing any business with this place there is a reason they had no customers.

Joseph was super helpful and friendly, I didn't feel pressured to buy anything I could not afford or didn't need. I would and will go back when we need a bedroom set for my granddaughter.
