I recently went in to this store to purchase a couch. I walked in, nobody greeted me. Then I walked around... the employees were all on the phone or looking at their computer screens. I sat down on a couch for about 15 minutes and nobody came over or acknowledged me. Then I walked out, apparently without ever being seen. Maybe I have a super power of invisibility???

Excellent!! I could not have asked for better customer service from Anthony at Sofa Mart! He was my sales representative and was outstanding! He took extra time with me to make sure that I was getting the best couches and the best deal! He was so helpful and friendly! I love my new couches and will continue to shop there. I highly recommend Sofa Mart in Albuquerque to anyone looking for good quality furniture, fantastic customer service, and a professional atmosphere! If you want someone to go out of their way to give you the best, then ask for Anthony. He really did a great job and deserves a huge raise!

Exellent customer service! Had a bad experience at an Oak Express in Oregon, and said, "Never again". But the prices made me curious enough to take a look at the store on Menaul in Abq....and our salesperson, Matthew, was absolutely first rate. Very knowledgeable, answered all of my questions, and didn't try to sell me things I wasn't interested in or upsell me. Ended up purchasing a dining room set and a couple of barstools. Really was a pleasant experience, much to my surprise.

Great Experience....our sales person, Jada, was very helpful and knowledgeable about all the furniture we were interested in.  She was a positive influence in the selection of the leather sofa and love seat we decided on. Thank you...........Terry and Shari Bradley

My experience at furniture row was absolutely amazing! I was recommended by a friend to look at the store for a bed. As soon as I came in I was greeted by Michelle and she continued to help me with ordering the bed I wanted and making me feel comfortable through out the whole process. She made sure to answer any questions I had and showed me many other things that i'll be back to purchase. Thank you so much michelle. You were such a pleasure to work with and you did so wonderful for your first week on the floor. I wouldn't have even known you were a rookie because you were so awesome, knowledgable and professional. Thank you for the great customer service and for not being pushy!  I will be back and I can't wait for my bed to get in!  thank you furniture row for the great deals!
