Our experience was amazing from beginning to end! Went in to purchase new couches for our new home and our salesman helped us find the perfect ones. They were then delivered that weekend. The delivery guys were very sweet and super helpful! They even got to our home 2 hours earlier than what was originally estimated earlier that week. Had our new living room couches set up in minutes. We look forward to going back to purchase new things for our home. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

How inspiring to walk through American Home these days! I was looking for a new sofa with very strict requirements for a small house and found the perfect solution at American. The whole process from selecting, ordering, delivery and setup was a breeze. Your store has a fresh look with many beautiful styles and designs and truly has something for everyone. Thank you!

Went to store a couple weeks ago looking for an accent table. Walked in via west side door. There were two associates near the area where rugs are, but neither offered assistance. We browsed on first floor for 20 minutes without any assistance from several associates that were around, but didn't appear busy, as there were no other customers in the vicinity. We walked by 2-3 associates who neither greeted us nor asked if we needed help. Not sure why they ignored us, but there was no customer service for my wife and I. Will never shop in this store again, and will never recommend it anyone else.

We received our book shelf and cabinet/desk today. The delivery crew was extremely pleasant and worked fast. We love our pieces and recommend American Home to all looking for quality and unique pieces of furniture! We have been customers since 2005.

Great selection of furniture and rugs! Staff is knowledgeable and friendly, store policies on returns/exchanges very good as well. Happy to recommend visiting store to anyone in market for quality merchandise at affordable prices. Updated 10/18/17 Once again, very happy with the service we received from American Home. Had several items delivered we weren't satisfied with; were replaced with no hassles, done with a smile. American Home seems genuinely interested in making sure customers are completely satisfied with their shopping experience. Thanks!
