Lady at the collectible case really bothered me as she pulls an item away from me that I'm intent on purchasing to put it back away.  Really?  It's a $7 item and it was really rude. Management needs to train their staff better.

I had my hands on it the entire time I was asking to see prices on other items and as soon as I let go of it, she took it away.

For that matter, their procedure for buying items out of the display case is super annoying.  Normal thrift stores hold items up front by the register, these yahoos make you purchase a claim ticket and then walk all the way back to retrieve it.

Y'all need to get your procedures on how you handle people figured out. You make it wildly inconvenient to purchase something.

Love this D.I it's organized, clean and it's hardly ever picked over! I always find a lot of things I didn't give it the extra star because sometimes it does take a while to check out

There is always something to look at, and sometimes you find something you just were not expecting to find and the it is. Hit and miss but the more you visit the more you can find something neat.
