I had several (12 total pieces) of Low-E  glass installed on my "West Facing" windows.  Although the glass was expensive, it was within my range of expectations.  They delivered and installed the glass on time.    The sizing is perfect.  The glass works as promised.  I've cut the summer heat coming through my windows to almost nothing.  I'm very pleased.   I am considering having my East facing windows replaced as well.

I am the president of a homeowners association with 42 homes. One of our members yesterday tried to contact Jones Paint & Glass to have a broken window replaced. She had to leave a message on two different calls as no one would pick up. After three hours she called back and talked to someone that told her the earliest she could get help would be on August 17. She complained that she needed someone soon and was told if she didn't want to wait she should find some other company. She didn't get the person's name but did say he spoke with a slight accent. I tried to contact the manager today but was told he would not be in until Monday. So I am writing this review. I am sure that the other 41 home owners in our community will find another company when they have a problem

I recently had Jones Paint and Glass in American Fork install a shower door for me.  They were very professional, they were on time and very friendly. Everything was perfect and I love my shower door. I would recommend Jones Paint and Glass to anyone. I will defiantly be calling them for other projects.

Expediency /efficiency, problem-solving, and general customer care is NOT their particular strong suit. We've been to this location at least 6 times now and likely will not go back after today when one of the managers nearly refused to make a small cut to a $9 piece of thin plexiglass without charging us more than the cost of the the glass itself for the single cut. He went on about being "a business, not a Non-For-profit"  (which I had sympathy for given this is the Wasatch Front area and people are reputable cheap ). But I think his energies might have better been spent  at finding a Reasonable solution , like offering a Pro-rated amount for the cut or offering to cut us a whole new piece (which again, was less than the cost of the single , 3/8ths inch cut we were asking for). Not a big deal either way in the economic sense , but they way he dealt with it seemed to validate other concerns about their valuing of customer care, etc.

All that said , their prices are very good and if I could ,I'd add another 1/2 star on my 2-star rating here because of that.

I took 7 window screens in to be rescreened and took a storm door window with a broken latch in order to match replacement hardware.  First thing they asked for was if I had an account with them (later I figured this was an excellent way to add unauthorized charges to their benefit).  I got back the 7 screens that were not squared, the splines were not all properly rolled in, and two of the screens were bowed in middle due to screen material being too short. Further, the rep charged me $12 for a $1.10 part I could get online. Horrible workmanship for top dollar.  I won't be back ever.
