These guys are so nice. We worked a lot with Edgar and Max and they were so helpful! We bought two cars from them. Each time they stayed late after the store had closed to help us with anything we needed. They do not over price on cars or on documentation fees. It is great to work with them and we def recommend going to Premier Auto!

Great Customer Service! I recently purchased a Ford F-250 from Premier Auto the other day, and it was a very good experience. I was able to look over the vehicle and take my time without any high pressure sales tactics. The loan process was quick and easy. After I got home, I noticed that a rear seat belt had been cut out by the previous owner. I called them up to ask about it and they said to bring it back in so they can get it fixed and replaced for me. I have purchased many vehicles in the past from other dealerships, and in most cases, I had been left high and dry after discovering something like this. I recommend these guys for sure.

The best customer service ever! Super friendly service. NO pressure whatsoever. A great variety of affordable options. The best place to go for those who are on a budget or for those who are looking for a nice car without going broke!

To be honest, the information and impression I got was misleading and I felt like I got ripped off. I traded in a very reliable Toyota Avalon for a Toyota Corolla. I was told that the corolla runs great and there were no mechanical issues at all. I asked about fixing small things like replacing a really badly corroded battery terminal, and they told me that it was sold-as-is. After purchasing the car, the engine light came on and I have to spent time and money to figure out the cause. The mechanic told me the transmission pan is basically burnt and had not been changed for years. The battery died on me as well. I'm really disappointed and sad that I went in this place and left with a car that has more problems than my original car. I would not recommend this place at all. This is the first time as a customer I felt I was genuinely robbed of my money.

DO NOT COME HERE!! We had an awful experience. We wound up with a FAULTY car. It is a military family-owned establishment and Hunter was great, but otherwise their customer service was shocking. I am appalled. I have emailed them requesting some form of compensation (the car no longer functions at all, after only one month of use), to no avail. I wish we had loved doing business with them, but we simply didn't. If I could go back in time I would definitely go elsewhere.
