What a perfect spot to get pani puri and a myriad of other goodies. For drinks We opted for a Kashmiri chai, mango lassi and fadoola. All were delicious and the service was so friendly with their suggestions.
Delicious Raj Kachori and Paneer Pakoda. The paneer pakora had chutney sandwiched between two layers of paneer which was a nice surprise. Kashmiri chai was very different from regular chai, and flavorful. The ginger chai was strong to the point of getting bitter. Live pani puri station inside, along with a variety of other Indian dishes.
Desi Galaxy / Bombayspice makes the best samosas but has the worst chutney. The green chutney is tasteless and watery but the sweet chutney looks like some sort of synthetic syrup. Desi Galaxy please make fresh chutneys daily.
The place has a wide variety of food including chats, indochinese , thali, biryani and beverages. Usually busy during peak hours . Got a food stall kinda ambiance. Definitely a place to explore. Not a dine kind of place.
The live panipuri counter will take you straight back to the panipuri bhaiyya endlessly doling out several rounds of golgappe day after day on a hot summer day. They have 5 flavors of pani mango, garlic, khatta meetha, pudina and hajma hajam. I usually prefer all things in life hot and spicy, so that applies here as well. If you are like me, go for the pudina and hajma hajam, they don’t disappoint. I do not live in New Jersey, but I pay a visit when I can’t control that craving anymore. It’s $7.5ish a plate, highly recommend.
Wide variety of food. My favorite is the mango lassi, falooda and chai!! But the down side is the place is in desperate need of a deep clean and a renovation. The floors are dirty. The menus on the walls are also greasy and dirty. I hope the kitchen is clean.
The food is good and it's good for every one..vegetarian...and none vegetarian...every..style have a Space...for example Vegetarian separate, from none vegetarian...Halal foog...juice Stand...South Indian vegetarian cuisine...everything you can see in...will appeal to you eating style.. Only the juice and Tea Stand was...not operating as it should have been, because several costumers...places orders in...according with what it's advertising...in the Stand but the fact is that...the Juices and Tea...where no fresh ..some costumers cancel their order..I cancel my order too. I believe the place is very nicely distributed and the only thing that is not functioning well is the fact that the Tea Stand owner has to make a decision about whether He's going to get the products that's Advertised and He has to be able to provide...fresh and good products...according to the United States business..of law and demand. Simple place...where if you are a Indian or like Indian vegetarian cuisine or Halal..or sweet..I still want to recommend this place; apart from the fact that the only inconvenient is the Tea and Juice Stand. Thanks AG. I love Indian vegetarian food Halal and sweet..
Great Indian street snacks. None of the things we ordered was disappointing. Seating arrangements can be better, but probably not a big deal for a quick snack trip. Vegetarian options: A lot of vegetarian options. A lot of variety Parking: Ample parking in the back
Only good things there are the pictures of the food. Reality is super disappointing and expensive.... I mean really over priced food. Aaloo Paratha was good, but $6 for non tandoori item is a bit much. Do not even try to order Falooda, what a garbage.
The humblest Indian resto-group that mimics the street-style cuisine that our overseas Indian lot crave for. With a wide variety of ‘chaat’ that are near-authentic, one can experience fairly rightly priced savories that are worth the money paid. Seating could be a challenge during peak times but takeouts are always an option. Well, that said, those rainy days with lower readings on the thermometer feels better with a hot steaming plate of ‘cutlet chaat’ at this place!
