Nancy & Anthony made my recent service experience a favorable one.  Nancy at the reception desk is very competent & customer oriented. She made the extra effort to obtain the type of loaner that I had requested. Nancy is always looking to make my service experience a positive one. Anthony, the service advisor, stayed on top of a service issue until it was resolved. He also researched my extended vehicle protection plan to make me aware of my extended service scheduling options and scheduled my service appointment in a manner that met my busy schedule.

My experience is always good.  The service department is great, specifically Frank... but from check in, to rental to quality!  Top notch... I even got a rain check for the car wash, which i will use today since the washer was not working!  Bravo...

As a new customer at BMW Darien, my first experience was flawless.   I bought the vehicle in Manhattan, a few days before I relocated to CT.  I had a few computer related issues that I had troubleshooted with the Geniuses and was advised to bring the car in.   I was helped immediately and everyone I came in contact with was pleasant, courteous and professional.  I was on my way in a loaner in about 15 mins.  Upon picking the car up later that day, it was immaculately cleaned in addition to working properly.  Thanks to all at BMW Darien, I'm so glad they are my service location!

Frank, your customer agent is outstanding. He understands the value of the customer agent relationship. The mechanical work is terrific and the advice is extremely helpful. Thank You BMW of Darien.

Excellent experience.  Each maintenance item was carefully described with price estimates and reason for the maintenance.  Upon completion I received a full review of my car and what items may need to be addressed in the near future.  It was great to have that insight as well as the description of items that are in good shape such as breaks and pads which are in great shape.  This develops a sense of trust and confidence in the customer.  Great customer attention from the time I walked in, despite the fact that I had not made an appointment.
