My boyfriend and daughter came here recently and had a horrible experience and will never be doing business at this location again. We came to look at wedding rings and were working with a lady and everything was fine until the manager decided to take over. Picking out a wedding ring is supposed to be a memorable and fun experience. Looking at all the the rings can be a bit stressful especially when you have a fussy baby with you. The manager asked us if we were actually serious about buying a ring in a rude way. Obviously we are if we're here. We jokingly said we needed a drink because it was stressful and he said oh okay so you aren't serious and at that point I just wanted to walk away. I told him we were just joking and he acted annoyed. Then my boyfriend looked at the price tag on a ring and the manager said oh you don't need to worry about that and my boyfriend said well only people with a lot of money don't worry about the pice, jokingly and that also annoyed the mananger. He said well if you have the kays credit card then you don't need to worry about the price. Well you still have to pay that so we are curious about the price. He was extremely pushy and made us feel like we couldn't leave without getting something. We ordered a custom ring and will be canceling that order because of him. No one wants to be treated like this when buying something that means so much and will be wearing for the rest of their lives.
