I'm crazy about keeping my car looking nice and clean, but unfortunately I haven't had the time to detail it like I used to in recent months. I saw that they used AMMO products which I always use so I knew they had to be the real deal so I scheduled an appointment this past Saturday to have the top of the line Diamond Detail service to my car. Unfortunately, the person who I scheduled an appointment with didn't schedule the right service for me and I got a full service detail instead (the owner explained to me that the person who handled this is no longer with the company due to mistakes like this and was genuinely sorry and apologetic to the situation). They did however offer to have me bring my car back on the Monday to have the correct service applied since the full detail was similar to the Diamond Detail but had more steps, unfortunately, I don't have time during the week to be able to do that but I took a look at the car and it looked great regardless. They took care of the issues that I mentioned to them (had been in an accident and the rear quarter panel was worked on and repainted but looked hazy which the owner pointed out right away when he went to walk the car beforehand) and also the problems I forgot to mention. They did a wonderful job and the fact that the owner pointed out the imperfections and what could be obtained shows how knowledgeable he is. Definitely will be back later to obtain the Diamond Detail service once the current sealant let's up.

Diamond Detail is great. I spilled a half gallon of milk in my backseat and let it sit for over a week thinking the smell would go away. Well, the smell only got worse over time. But thanks to Diamond Detail, I got my interior detailed and my carpets shampooed multiple times. The odor has been significantly reduced. Damon is very professional and talented. He is also very honest with his customers in terms of services needed and expectations. Not many straight shooters left in this world, but Damon is one of them and whenever I spill milk again, I'll be back at Diamond Detail. The ladies at the Front Desk are also very nice, patient and attentive. Good business. Keep it up!

Great service. I was really pressed for time and they expedited a express wash and wax. I highly recommend them.

I took my 154,000 mile Yukon Denali to you to get it ready to trade in on a new car. My initial trade offer was nowhere near what I was hoping for. It cost me a couple hundred dollars for you to go over the whole truck inside and out but in the end I got an extra $1,500 dollars when I traded. Well worth the price. Great job!!

I had an express detail done here for my girlfriend's birthday and it came out much cleaner than I ever expected. This business definitely gained a new customer.
