CARRIERS "BEWARE" of this company.  I transported two loads on the 4th and 5th of April for these guys.  I communicated 100% with dispatch and there were no incidents.  All done in a timely fashion.  I requested quick pay which they charged 10%, the highest I've ever paid for quick pay.  Then they requested original documents which I spent another $6 for two day delivery.  So, they received almost $50 from each of my loads, only for me to be addressed rudely by their accountant Terry Miller-Garcia, when I inquired about the status of payment.  I finally received payment through regular mail on the 19th of April.  I figure if a company is going to charge you 10% for quick pay, the least they could do is send pay priority mail.  A lesson learned "MY FIRST AND LAST TIME WORKING WITH THIS COMPANY"

Best company I've found. People are warm and friendly. Not a large mega corporation and you can tell in the quality service that you receive.
