Let me start on how extremely disappointed I am regarding my situation because now I will not be able to give a family member a Christmas gift. I had an order that I was expecting today and I called and spoke with a representative that confirmed it would be out for delivery today and would be delivered between 5 and 7PM. I had to run errands and when I came back I saw a missed delivery very note. I checked online and the driver came around 1:45PM and delivered the package. I spoke with another representative and asked if there is any way I can pick up the package and they said no. I couldn’t believe the lack of effort and with a simple “No sorry the facility said they can’t and will be closing at 5PM today”. I called again and spoke with a different representative which was more helpful. I was told I can pick the package up at the FedEx ground facility today and the truck would be back with the package at 4:30PM. I went to the facility and spoke with someone who told me they were not aware of this situation. He called the driver and told me he had 17+ other drop offs and being back by 4:30PM was very unrealistic. I was told that I can meet up with the driver to pick up the package. I gave the person my contact information for the driver and waited for a call. I didn’t receive one in about 20 mins so I came back to the facility and spoke with a different person. I was assured that since I didn’t get a call back at this time that the driver would wait until he was near my home and will contact me to meet somewhere near or that he would likely come by and drop of my package. Per that person, he said he was a previous driver and he “knew” that is what they would likely do. There was no attempt to reach out and confirm I was going to get a call. I was assured that is what would happen. Well to sum that part up, he was wrong. I never got a call. I waited from 5-9 with no call or no one stopping by my home. Also some random person has my contact information. Overall I’m disappointed and frustrated because I don’t have a gift that I promised I would have for that person. I’m irritated and in disbelief about the lack of communication and false hope. In general, this ruined my Christmas and sadly I know there is nothing that can be done to fix this whole debacle.

One Tip: Please confirm addresses via Google Maps if you cannot locate the address. Or update your device! Or train the staff. Request: Please don't be passive aggressive and mess up my future orders :) ZERO STARS to "One particular" delivery person who keeps missing the address and cannot deliver a package properly. This is my third order which was messed up. Today he left an important parcel with the leasing office after failing to deliver at the correct address!!! Anybody could have picked it up. FedEx staff were considerate and helpful over the phone and even connected me to the Tulsa office (Yes, they do not provide phone numbers. Only customer care!) but they really need to train their delivery folks. Or hire correct people. See, you and I do not chose each other. I place an order and pay for the shipping. Still why do I end up making umpteen calls to the customer care and suffer as a customer?

I work here and when it comes down to it we have to drop boxes for the General Public. We also have the ability if you call ahead and it comes through our Center you can come and pick it up before it ever goes out maybe saving you a little bit of time.

They haven't been able to deliver one package yet . I have had to drive up to there place of business to pick up my package and I still had to pay for it

He's got to take care of me call me when my packages arrived and made sure I got them the same day
