They are okay Company to work for, you need to be legal and honest  on everything with them. Hard work, is not jus securing your load, it's also tarping and making it pretty. I'm not joking about very hard and dangerous work. But they will pay you good, the instructor on the picture, it's an ignorant he doesn't like Hispanics too well, he thinks like Trump that the Mexicans are criminals. I'm sure if Mr Peterson knew about this guy he'll be fired.

Great company it seems, but the trainers and training program needs improvement. Was coerced into driving unsafe equipment by train we. Very little support from the home office. Experienced drivers are welcome here but other than that go to other companies for experience and growth.

Jerk rode behind us blowing his horn repeatedly even though we were doing 5 miles over speed limit and there were 2 other lanes with NO ONE in them. Then when we grew tired of his unrelenting horn and riding our butt we pulled into the other lane, he blew his horn all the way by us. Then tried to not allow us pass later on. Such rude behavior by this driver! I took a picture of his tag, but it doesn't allow me to post the picture here. Maybe management will contact me for it as this type of behavior reflects on the company.

It's was nice at first, then the miles and money started to fall, while the greenies miles stayed strong.

Infortunatly I think the military style they herd they're students is odd. Great ethics by the company. But I was failed on a road test for having the seat all the way down and for driving an empty truck and trailer to fast. I told them I drive accordingly to the load. Being that there was not one, I drove a bit faster than you would with a heavy load. But they didn't care. The orientation pay isn't what they promise you and they expect you to live for theee weeks with ZERO INCOME at first. So. It's up to you
